Where do you register a trademark in Colombia?

Trademark registration is carried out before the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), the entity responsible for protecting industrial property rights in the country.

How long does the process take?

The process can take between 8 and 10 months under normal conditions. It includes stages such as formal examination, publication, competitive examinations (if applicable), and substantive examination.
